SHIPPING & PICK UP
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders with a U.S. shipping address will ship via FedEx 2 Day service. International orders typically ship via FedEx International service. If you require faster shipping, please contact us for a quote.
Shipping Policy
Local pick up is available only in Kahului, Maui. At checkout, select the local pick up option, and we will email you to arrange a time and location for picking up your order.
Please contact us to inquire about shipping to a country that is not listed on our website.
Pricing includes duties and taxes/VAT, as well as customs clearance. We ship international packages with electronic customs forms (if available), which expedites the customs clearance process. Packages are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days from date of shipment.
BRM REWARDS PROGRAM
You earn Points, which can be converted to Rewards, which are discounts off of a future order.
First select the Reward that you'd like to use. You can either apply it to your order when you redeem the points, or copy the code and enter it at checkout.
Yes, Rewards can be combined by entering multiple codes at checkout.
Your Reward will be available for future use. You can see your Rewards in "My rewards" .
Your points will not expire, however they do not have any monetary value other than for redeeming discount Rewards.
The US$ amount will automatically convert to your currency when the reward is applied.
The person you are referring must be a first time BRM customer, and their order value must be greater than US$750.
Referral points will be deposited to your account when your friend's order of $750 or more is fulfilled.
