Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and shipped within in 1-2 business days. 

 

To ensure your order arrives safely, purchases over $500 will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery.

 

If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, we’re happy to accommodate your request. Please include a note at the time of placing your order indicating that you would like to waive the signature. Once an order has been processed and received by the carrier, this preference cannot be changed.

 

By waiving the signature requirement, responsibility for the package transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery. This includes situations where a package may be lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered.

 

Shipping within the U.S.

Free 2 Day Expedited shipping on U.S. orders over $500.

$25 flat rate Expedited shipping on U.S. orders up to $500.

Please note: Shipping to P.O. boxes and U.S. territories will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail service.

 

International Shipping

Free FedEx/UPS/DHL International shipping on orders over $500.

$70 flat rate shipping on international orders up to $500.

Most international orders are delivered in 5-10 business days after the order has been fulfilled, however, it can vary depending on how quickly custom clearance occurs in the destination country.
