Warranty Policy
Our warranty policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase of BRM products. We offer warranty coverage against defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use and care, to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase or the legal warranty period of your country, whichever is longer.
Warranty covers only new products purchased from an authorized retailer or from our website. For products purchased from the Boardriding Maui website, the warranty coverage is automatic. For products purchased from an authorized retailer, proof of purchase in the form of a
receipt will be requested for a warranty claim.
Warranty is only valid when the product is used for its intended recreational use on the water and does not apply to use in commercial, rental, or teaching environments. Furthermore, warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling/storage/care, or wear and tear from regular use. This warranty is void if any repair or modification has been made without authorization to any part of the product.
BRM is not responsible for the inherent risks and hazards associated with the use of our products, or for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the use or loss of use of our products.
