Refund policy
We accept returns for a 14-day period after the product has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unopened in its original packaging.
To start a return, please send us a message via the "Contact" link on our website or by replying to your order confirmation email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer pays for return shipping to Maui, Hawaii.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
